We accept exchanges of online purchases within 15 days of delivery. 

Please email therodeorunway@outlook.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to set up an exchange for an RA authorization and the return address. 

The Rodeo Runway Boutique reserves the right to refuse an exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 15 days policy.  

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. 

If you received free shipping, we would refund your credit card for the full amount less shipping fee

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and returned within 15 days off the delivery. 

You will receive an email confirmation with your total store credit available when your item is received. It may take up to 8 business days for the email to arrive.
The Rodeo Runway Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return, if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 15 days policy. Please include a copy of your invoice.

Missing/Stolen Packages

In the rare instance when your package shows delivered by the carrier to the address you provided, and it is missing/stolen it may not be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please note because of that, we are unable to provide a refund.
